Calling it bordering on unbelievable, a Lakehead University Political Science Professor calls James Comey’s testimony mind blowing and sizzling.
The former FBI director answered questions Thursday in front of an American Senate committee about why he believes he was fired by President Donald Trump.
Laure Paquette says on two occasions Comey stated that the President lied and made it clear that he didn’t trust Donald Trump.
She adds Comey stressed under oath that Trump showcased a lack of judgment and understanding on how things work and that was on display repeatedly.
Paquette believes there will be some immediate political fallout, however stresses possible criminal charges likely won’t happen for years.
As for the shock factor watching the live event, she says Comey came across as credible, but notes while the Senators asked very good questions, it was clearly a partisan exercise.
