It appears the Dryden area escaped the worst of a wind and lightning storm that blew through the area Tuesday.
Hydro One says less than 100-customers are without power in the Emo, Morson and Nestor Falls areas.
At one point, 8,500 people lost power.
There are still about 350 Hydro One customers without power in the McKenzie Portage Road and Shoal Lake area near Kenora.
Hydro One is hoping to have power restored by noon Wednesday.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch was issued across much of the region Tuesday.
