Power Outage

A massive power outage left most of the City of Dryden in the dark for about an hour Wednesday night.
The outage also crippled communication, due to tied up phone lines.
Hydro One says 4,500 customers were impacted.
Officials blame a downed power line for the outage.
Power was fully restored at 6:30.
