The Red Lake Miners will finally get of taste of game action the next couple of days.
The Miners face the Fort Frances Lakers in a home-and-home exhibition series.
The first test is Friday in Fort Frances.
The rematch will be Saturday at the Cochenour Arena.
Both games start at 7:30.
The Lakers already have two pre-season games under their belt.
The SIJHL season officially starts next Thursday.
Red Lake and Fort Frances open the campaign the next day.
