Ontario’s looking to close the wage gap between men and women.
It’s hosting a dozen meetings across the province to gather input.
It includes a session in Thunder Bay on October 28th.
Statistics show the difference in wages between men and women is as high as 31% in certain job categories.
It’s more pronounced for aboriginals, minorities and those with disabilities.
