The Kenora District Services Board has received provincial funding to enhance early learning and care programming.
The Board is welcoming nearly $40,000 from the 2016 Capacity Building Fund.
The KDSB will use the money to hire a leadership worker, who will act as a mentor and coordinator to oversee early learning and child care programs.
The mentor will also service the Rainy River District.
