John Rafferty says he has unfinished business.
The NDP MP has announced he’s seeking a third term in Ottawa, and is intending to defend his seat in the riding of Thunder Bay-Rainy River come the next federal election.
Rafferty says his work with veterans affairs is important to him, and he has a hand to play in fixing the current mess.
He says the Conservative government has fumbled this file.
Rafferty adds he’s making his pensions portfolio a priority, and wants to continue to make sure young Canadians will have secured retirement.
