Rainy River District School Board officials are heading back to the bargaining table with their teachers to try and iron out new contracts.
Director of Education Warren Hoshizacki notes the board and union representatives from both the elementary and secondary teachers unions will sit down next week.
Although accords have already been reached at the provincial level, board officials hope the province comes through with the necessary funding to go along with them.
The minister of education wants all teacher contracts across Ontario settled by June 1st.
