Record Warmth In Northwest

Northwestern Ontario is now experiencing some of the record warm temperatures that have been enjoyed on the Prairies.
Environment Canada says both the Dryden and Kenora Airports reached new record highs yesterday of 3.6 degrees beating the old records of 1 degree.
Meantime, at CKDR studios in downtown Dryden, the thermometer climbed to a balmy 8 degrees.
Both Red Lake and Sioux Lookout set new highs as well with both communities climbing to 2.5 degrees.
And more records could fall today.
