Red Cross Raises $300,000 for Attawapiskat

The Red Cross has finished its fundraising campaign for Attawapiskat First Nation.
Over $300,000 has been brought in and Spokesperson Karen Snider says they’ve put it to good use.
Snider says the money is being spent on various items including sleeping bags, generators and heaters.
Snider notes the response from across Canada was overwhelming.
