Red Lake High will remain closed on Monday.
Over 3-thousand litres of water flooded crawl spaces and sections of the school yesterday.
A water-main break caused the flooding
Dan McNeill, Chief Operations Officer with the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board says there is a strong possibility a section of the school may be closed for an extended period of time.
McNeill says damage is extensive and the safety of staff and students has to be ensured before they can resume classes.
He adds contingency plans are being worked on to provide instruction for students early next week.
