The Red Lake Rams are the first NORWOSSA Boys Hockey team to beat the Dryden Eagles.
Cody Jeffries goal 4 minutes into overtime was the difference as the Rams knocked off the Eagles 4-3 Saturday afternoon in Ear Falls.
Shaun Bulawka led the way for Red Lake scoring 2 while Devin O’Donnell added a single.
Matt Sidders was outstanding making 40 saves for the win.
Scoring for Dryden was Dustin Harrington and David Spicer while Austin Heile’s marker late in the third sent the game into overtime.
Despite the loss, Dryden still earned a single point and remain in first in the standings with 11 points.
Dryden beat the Rams 10-2 on Friday in Cochenour.
