You can walk or run but organizers are hoping to see you Sunday at the Red Lake Road Run.
Michelle Parrish says the family oriented event is in support of the Rams Athletic program.
She says this is the most northerly half-marathon event in Ontario so it is unique in that way as well.
There will also be a 5-kilometre and 10-kilometre walk or run as well as a 500-metre “Little Lamb Loop” for kids under the age of 5.
