Regional Support For New AFN Chief

No complaints from one regional Chief to the election of Perry Bellegarde as the new chief of the Assembly of First Nations.
Fort William First Nation’s Georjann Morriseau believes Bellegarde is a good choice and will be up to the challenge of restructuring the AFN.
Morriseau notes getting the AFN back on track and relevant once again will be a daunting task.
Morriseau says she’s looking forward to the coming months to see what comes out of discussions.
