RIDE Checks Underway In Dryden

The ‘Festive RIDE’ campaign is in full swing across northwestern Ontario.
The Dryden Police Service will be holding daily and random checks around the community this holiday season.
Community Services Officer Kevin Hildebrand is asking everyone to drink responsibly.
Hildebrand stresses drinking and driving leads to monetary costs, serious injury and death.
As an alternative, Hildebrand suggests calling a cab, lining up a ride with someone who hasn’t been drinking or bring a long a designated driver.
