Ronald Stewart Dawes

In loving memory of Ronald Stewart Dawes, age 88 years, who passed away unexpectedly in the Dryden Regional Health Center on Sunday, March 9th. Ron is survived by his wife Adrienne, his children: Tom (Pam) Dawes of Murillo, Jude Dawes (Doug Vinkle) of Sioux Lookout, and Sally (Alex) Dampier of Thunder Bay, by granddaughters Kimberly and Lisa Dawes and Alexandra Dampier as well as his brothers Robert Dawes of Winnipeg and Frank Dawes of Vancouver. He was predeceased by his daughter Barbara and sister Doris Morton. Memorial Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 13th at 11:00 a.m. in First United Church with Pastor Greg McKee officiating. Branch #63 of the Royal Canadian Legion will conduct a Veteran’s Memorial Service. Interment of ashes will take place in Thunder Bay at a later date.
