Saturday is National Parks Day

Saturday is National Parks Day and local residents are urged to take advantage of the warm weather and head outdoors.
Ontario Parks is taking part in the celebrations and Minister of
Natural Resources David Ramsay says although you still have to pay
to visit most parks, it will be well worth it.
A number of special events are planned for Saturday.
Quetico Park in Atikokan is holding a sunrise paddle using only voyageur style canoes.
