The Sioux Lookout OPP are reporting that the situation on Birchwood Crescent has been safely resolved.
Schools have been dismissed and all residents may return to their homes.
Sioux Lookout OPP were on scene for much of the afternoon in regards to a firearms related incident.
Sioux North High School and Sioux Mountain Public School were under a secure school mode for much of the afternoon as well.
No other information has been release by OPP.
