OPP Charge Winnipeg Residents For Meth In Dryden

OPP have charged two Winnipeg residents after a traffic stop in the City of Dryden.

Dryedn OPP say on Wednesday October 28 around 1:15 p.m. police stopped a vehicle and arrested two people.

As a result of the investigation, 37 year old Matthew Gibbs of Winnipeg, Manitoba has been charged with:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking- Methamphetamine (Crystal Meth)
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under five thousand dollars
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over five thousand dollars
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under five thousand dollars

And 36 year old Rory Nash, also of Winnipeg, Manitoba has been charged with:

  • Operation While Prohibited
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under five thousand dollars
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over five thousand dollars

Both individuals have been held in custody for a Bail Hearing.
