Sioux Lookout Hosting Little Bands

The population in Sioux Lookout has exploded with the start of the Little Bands First Nations Hockey tournament.
Youth from across the north are competing in the week long tournament.
Mayor Dennis Leney says it’s a huge event for the two participating communities Sioux Lookout and Lac Seul.
Leney says they are expecting 45-teams and 1,700.
The opening ceremonies were held Tuesday afternoon.
The tournament was in Dryden last year.
