Sioux Narrows Council Passes Budget

Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls Council has passed a $4-million budget, with taxes going up 2%.
Mayor Bill Thompson says they spent a lot of time working on the fiscal document and notes big expenditures include a
new fire truck and solar paneling the Municipal Hall.
Thompson notes they have hardly ever had to raise taxes in his 8-years with the Town.
