The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has agreed to meet with
his Administrative staff to see if the Province can offer more money to
renovate the Parkview Apartments in Kenora.
The Kenora District Services Board received the good news at a special
meeting Wednesday and Chair Brian Larson says it provides a glimmer of hope.
Larson says they need a greater committment from the Province to fix
a deteriorating building.
