Anglers of all ages will be out in full force this weekend as the Tbaytel Walleye Masters begins in Dryden.
One of the highlights is the Bob Izumi Kids, Cops & Canadian Tire Fishing Days on Saturday.
Erin Huckell and Kevin Hildebrand were guests on the CKDR Morning Show Tuesday to promote the event.
Hildebrand says the field is half full and registrations will be accepted until Friday at the Pool desk.
Huckell says the event is free and geared towards kids aged 7 to 13.
Everyone in the field will receive a prize and lunch and drinks will be included.
It’s a partnership between OPP, Dryden Police, the Treaty 3 Police Service and Canadian Tire.
