The Dryden Fire Service is out with a few reminders now that the cold weather has arrived.
Reagan Breeze says homeowners should have all chimneys and heating systems cleaned and inspected.
Breeze says everyone should have a working carbon monoxide and smoke alarm.
He’s also asking homeowners to ensure space heaters are kept at least 3-feet away from anything that can catch on fire.
