Time for Annual Fire Safety Check

Did you have to fire up the wood stove or try out the chimney for the first time this weekend?
The Dryden Fire Service is out with a few reminders now that the cold weather has arrived.
Reagan Breeze says homeowners should have all chimneys and heating systems cleaned and inspected.
Breeze says everyone should have a working carbon monoxide and smoke alarm.
He’s also asking homeowners to ensure space heaters are kept at least 3-feet away from anything that can catch on fire.
