Tourism Group Looking for Return of Rebate Program

A local tourism group is calling on the Federal Government to reinstate
the visitor rebate program.
The Sunset Country Travel Association feels the loss of the program
will drive away American visitors.
Executive Director Gerry Cariou says they’ve forwarded an online
petition to all of their members.
Cariou says eliminating the program will cost the Canadian economy
millions of dollars and thousands of jobs.
