Transportation Minister Steven Del Duca will be touring the Nipigon River Bridge site Wednesday.
Northern Development and Mines Minister Michael Gravelle will also be on hand.
Gravelle says there’s been plenty of speculation about where the broken bolts on the bridge came from, and notes it’s just that, speculation.
He notes they have taken the bolts to a lab for further examination.
Gravelle says it’s still not known when the bridge will be able to have both lanes of traffic open.
He stresses the Ministry of Transportation needs time to properly conduct its investigation.
