Union Gas says it hopes to have gas service restored to most of its customers by late this evening.
The main gas line into Kenora was damaged Friday afternoon by a construction crew.
Andrea Stass is a spokesperson for Union Gas and says they have brought in extra crews to help restore gas service to their customers.
