It will likely be an electric atmosphere at the Sioux Lookout Memorial Arena Wednesday night.
The Warriors play their first home game since capturing their first ever Boys High School Hockey title last year.
Coach Karl Schultz says it’s also their inaugural game under the Sioux North school name.
The Warriors opponent is Kenora’s St. Thomas Aquinas Saints.
Schultz says he expects the stands to be full and TA to be bring it.
He says the challenge for his players will be controlling their emotions.
Schultz says he has a senior team, with a lot of experience playing together.
He notes opponents this year can expect “in your face, fast paced hockey, with his boys putting everything they have on the ice”.
Game time is 7:30.
