The Northwestern Health Unit feels the consequences of
the Province not adopting new rules for water testing of
small private water systems could result in illness or even
death.
NWHU Spokesperson Bill Limerick says they yould embrace
the draft regulations, even if it does have some minor
flaws.

Over 700 churches, tourist camps, and community halls in
the region use small private water systems.
Limerick adds camp owners have suggested they should take
over testing private water systems, since the Health Unit
already checks their food and sewage.
