Ontario Works and Weyerhaeuser in Dryden have formed a partnership to benefit needy children during this back to school time.
Community Services Director Brian Buffett says the Weyerhaeuser Local Children in Need Committee has raised just under two thousand dollars to purchase backpacks and running shoes for Dryden-area youngsters.
Buffett notes more than 60 backpacks have been handed out so far.
