The Ministry of Natural Resources and Abitibi
Consolidated are proposing changes to the Whiskey Jack
Forest Management Plan.
MNR Spokesperson David Anderson says the amendment would
allow harvesting in previously reserved areas near Osprey
Nests.

The public has until August 29th to commment on the
alterations to the plan.
Anyone who wishes to comment can do so at the Kenora
Abitibi Consolidated Woodlands Office or MNR office.
