Wilderness Tourism Market

The Canadian Wildlands League feels the Provincial Government is
ignoring Northwestern Ontario’s opportunity to become a leader in the
Wilderness Tourism market.
Spokesperson Anna Baggio says there are several things the Liberals
could be doing to correct the problems facing the industry.
Baggio says 60-70% of revenues generated from the industry stays in local
communities.
The Wildlands League is hosting a meeting in Sioux Lookout Wednesday and
Red Lake Thursday to discuss the current situation.
