A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 20 year old Northwest Angle resident after he broke into a restaurant in Sioux Narrows and tried to cook some chicken wings in a dishwasher.
The O.P.P. say the owner of the restaurant went to open up last Saturday morning only to discover a man standing in the kitchen.
The intruder told the woman that her son let him into the
restaurant to cook some chicken wings.
However, she also noticed some cash was missing from the float in the till.
When her partner arrived at the scene, he confronted the suspect and found an unspecified amount of money on him.
The intruder then fled the scene.
The owners of the restaurant noticed the dishwasher was still running and discovered that some chicken wings had been left inside.
