Another choice for Internet service could be coming to northwestern Ontario.
New Brunswick-based Xplornet intends to bring high speed Internet to rural parts of Canada by 2017.
Vice-president Chris Johnson says they’ll begin by setting up a wireless network next month and will be launching two satellites in two years.
Johnson says once up and running there is the potential to increasing speeds to 100 megabytes per second at a later date.
